[ECOS] question about redboot location

I am using a board based on EB40A design. It doesn't
have angel on teh other half. 
I have a few questions:

1) Where exaclty is Redboot located?
(using Redboot .elf)

2) Message 364

Does this mean 0x011200... to 0x011300...?

3) Can you use 0x0100... even though the jumper on the
board is on the user part?
