[ECOS] : ARM-XScale Serial Port Drivers

Hi, 
I have recently been using ecos to build applications on an ARM-XScale
PXA-255 processor.

Although I can only find ARM-XScale serial port drivers listed for the diag
Redboot build, I would like 
to ask if you know if anyone has implemented the full ecos Serial Port
Drivers for this device, so that 
they can added to an application build of ecos? If so would it be possible
to obtain them.
