[ECOS] net phy

Hi all,

Triton ETN-2 eval board, KARO-Electronics GmbH. Intel XScale PXA255 with 
smsc91c111 ethernet controller.

eCos CVS image from calendar week 2.

Our network controller receives ethernet packets but eCos ignores them 
without issuing an error.
