[ECOS] configtool annoyance (cygwin)

Ermmm, I guess not.  I prefer to keep /cygdrive/c mounted in binary
It appears /ecos-c wants to use a text mode mount.  I guess I was hoping
there was someway for configtool to work without creating any new mount
points.  Since it is not causing me any problems, I'll shut up.
