[ECOS] Altera NIOS port

In looking through the mailing list archives I see that it looks like a 
few individuals
have worked on a port of ecos to the Altera NIOS soft-core processor.  

Have any of this ported code been posted back to the ecos website?

Are there any other sites where I might find further information in this 
area?
