[ECOS] RTC query

Sir,
       I have a problem in setting the kernel clock tick. My RTC is working
at 50Mhz, what should be the value of
1)CYGNUM_HAL_RTC_NUMERATOR
2)CYGNUM_HAL_RTC_DENOMINATOR
3)CYGNUM_HAL_RTC_PERIOD

thus what should be the tick that  i have to give to  get a delay of 10ms.
