[ECOS] CYGPKG_COMPRESS_ZLIB

Hello,

I'm trying to compile with redboot support, however, I have been getting 
this error message in configtool about CYGPKG_COMPRESS_ZLIB being missing 
and there were no solutions.  I proceeded anyway and it failed during 
compilation.  When I did not add redboot into my configuration file, the 
whole thing compiled fine.  So now I think it is related to the ZLIB being 
missing.  Here is the output:
