[ECOS] need help

I've the problem while loading the image file through tftp on to a target.
here's the command which i used(tested) but no useful.
redboot>load -h 10.0.0.36 -m TFTP -b 0x2000 /tftpboot/ecos.x

10.0.0.36 is my host IP, I assigned one IP for target also 10.0.0.40

always I am getting timed out only pls help me in this, I have some will 
discuss later after this
