[ECOS] ROM-version of eCos-application under EB40A?

Hello,

How can I run ROM-version of eCos-application under EB40A?

I create ROM version of eCos from template for EB40A. I use eCos 2.0.
Compile the application from examples.
Load elf file to flash of EB40A by means of flashpgm.exe. But
application doesn't work... 
The same problem with RAMROM version.
I load the program without RedBoot_ROM. May be this is a problem?

But RAM version of this application is work correctly if I use
RedBoot_ROM as a GDB-stub.
