[ECOS] finding out what's taking space in .bss

Hi,
Did anyone worked "ROMRAM startup" type for StrongARM-1110 based system.
I have trying very hard to bootup my system with "ROMRAM startup" type but I
have failed.

I have took  "cerfpda" package for my reference and modified everything as
per "ROMRAM Startup Type". But mysystem is work well with "ROM Startup".

Please through some light on this issue...........
