[ECOS] Problem building a redboot floppy image for PC

I have tried to build a redboot floppy image  for the PC using the 
configtool-040623.exe.
Got the following error message:
/ecos-c/ecosSnapshoot/ecos-trunk-full-041226/ecos/packages/redboot/current/src/main.c:397: 
invalid operands to binary &.

I am a newbie hoping for some help
