[ECOS] Intel NPE support on Coyote board

Hello all,

I use the latest version of eCos source code from Redhat and NPE package
from Intel to compile a redboot ROM image for Coyote board. It runs ok. But
the start up time is very long. After a "+" printed out, I must wait about 1
minute to see other information on the console.

Why? and how to resolve this problem?
