[ECOS] target connection fails with arm-elf-gdb under windows / cygnus

Hi

I am having trouble connecting you my target device using Cygnus/Windows.

When using HyperTerminal through COM1 I get a connection.

But when trying "tar rdi s=com1" in "arm-elf-gdb" it fails to connect :(
