I spent some time trying to get it working again (with recent sources) but,
like you, I did not succeed this time. Sorry.

Hmmm, OK. You don't happen to remember the version (or age) of the source
that worked? Anyway, thanks for your help, you have done a great job -I
appreciate it. I will let you know, if I figure something out. . .
