[ECOS] building ecos tools on redhat

Disregard my stupidity...after 36 hours of no sleep, I'm making stupid
mistakes. It was completing the build...it just looked like it was
failing...it does fail on 2.91 and 2.95

I apologize for the bandwidth.

--------------------------------------------------

I've tried numerous versions of gcc and various levels of kernel, but ecos
2.0 always seems to fail while trying to compile the host side tools.

Either it fails because it can't figure out what pthread_mutex_t is, or
because it can't figure out what timeval is...it varies depending on which
linux box and version of gcc I try.

With gcc 3.2, you get this:

rawether.o: In function `real_init':
rawether.o(.text+0x483): `sys_errlist' is deprecated; use `strerror' or
`strerro
r_r' instead
rawether.o(.text+0x473): `sys_nerr' is deprecated; use `strerror' or
`strerror_r
' instead

Anyone have any suggestions?
