[ECOS] ecos scheduler start in clocktruth.cxx

Hi,
   Can somebody tell me at what stage the ecos sheduler is started
when i execute my clocktruth program.. i believe the ecos scheduler 
is usually invoked by the cyg_user_start routine, which is not seen
in the clocktruth program.

plz correct me if i m wrong.
