[ECOS] Why the touch screen and the keyboard of IPAQ H3630 can't be used on microwindows?

I start a image include ecos, microwindows,and a virtual kbd(nxkbd_thread.c) 
from WinCE,
but the touch screen and the keyboard seem can't be used. When I touch the 
screen, the IPAQ response 
nothing.
	What should I do to enable the touch screen and keyboard?
