[ECOS] what causes the management port of switch don't work.

ecos-discuss，Hi,

	We are developing a 24 port switch using BRCM 5328m chip, using the ecos as rtos,
we found we can't ping the management port sometimes, but it occurs not very often.
we using web pages and cli as configuration interface, sometimes after several web operation,
we can't ping the management port of switch, what may causes it? and what should I do? Is the
tcp/ip of ecos has some bugs?
