Did you also enable CYGSEM_DEVS_ETH_ARM_EB40LS_ETH0_SET_ESA and make
the appropriate changes to dev_arm_eb40ls.inl? Use gdb to take a look
at the value of cs8900a_eth0_priv_data. Is hardwired_esa true and esa
what you configured? If not, find out why.
