[ECOS] Stupid Question

Hi...
 
I must be brain damaged or something... but I have been away from eCos for a while and my computer has been rebuilt a few times...a
Anyhow when I go back to build some test files make comes back with
 
make: *** [memtest.o] Error 255
 
Now Im sure I can fix it, if I only knew what it was complaining about.
