[ECOS] package CYGPKG_DEVS_FLASH_GPS4020 missing

Whenever I use ecosadmin on my freshly-updated cvs repository, I get:
ecosadmin warning: package CYGPKG_DEVS_FLASH_GPS4020 at /pub/ecos/repo/packages/devs/flash/arm/gps4020 missing
and indeed that directory does not exist. The other GPS4020 packages (HAL and serial) do exist, however.
