[ECOS] Very strange: fis create/write fail Err = 92

[Xue weihua]

Yes, I have try. I just can write a single block of the flash after unlock 
a single.
I can't write two more continuous blocks in the same time.
what is reason ? I don't think it is hw problem. do you ?
