[ECOS] Question about using jffs2 under ecos. Thanks

Hi all:
   My machine is based on win2000 and I am using cygwin and ecos. I try to
use the mkfs.jffs2 untility to make the jffs2 img(to be used in ecos) which
obtained from: http://sources.redhat.com/jffs2/mkfs.jffs2, but seems it can
not be executed under cygwin, is this right? how can I make a jffs2 img
under cygwin? Thanks a lot.
