Since 1.3.1 is no longer officially supported at all, I'm tempted to say 
"no" :-|.

But yes MMUs are supported, although eCos only uses MMUs in a very limited 
way - we just go for a flat unprotected address space with no protection 
since that's all people need, and we intentionally don't want to have 
complicated protection systems so we don't have too much overhead.
