[ECOS] Where do I get file which can link eCos i386-elf-gcc?

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but you can download i386-elf tools for
linux using the new 2.0 beta installer with a command like:

sh ecos-install.tcl -t i386-elf /opt/ecos
