[ECOS] Help... I broke ecosconfig 2.11 on a W2k system

Sorry to bring this up... but somehow I have messed up the operation of
ecosconfig2.11 for windows...
When I do a "Clean" or "Library" command... the computer switches to a dos
style screen, and nothing but a cursor shows up.   If I check the tasks
running it shows ecosconfig2.11 and /cygwin/bin/make running...
 
 
I'm running W2k
 
 
Anyone have any ideas on how to get this back to the way it was ????
