[ECOS] eCos tests

Downloaded newlib through cvs, configured it, and built it. Set the symlinks
as described in the post you linked me to. And rerun the gcc make with the
added parameters "all-target-libstdc++-v3" and
"install-target-libstdc++-v3".

Stopped right away with this error:

Configuring in arm-elf/newlib
*** Cannot configure here in "/tmp/build/gcc/arm-elf/newlib" when
"/src/gcc/gcc-3.2.2/newlib" is currently configured.
make: *** [configure-target-newlib] Error 1

Must admit I don't understand much of this, so I guess I need another kick
in the right direction.
