[ECOS] Redboot-GDB

Hi Mark/Nick,
Thanks a lot for your patience & kindness. I was making a (very careless)
mistake while choosing the template. I did not select the redboot packages.
I thought I had to select the right template, then import the
reboot_ROMRAM.ecm & build. But missed the in-between step of excluding
unrelated packages by choosing redboot packages.
I did this & now I don't see the Cyg_RealTimeClock::Cyg_RealTimeClock() get
included in the redboot image. I am sure it will work this time :)
I guess, after little code clean up it should be pretty & look similar to
other ports found under hal/arm/arm9.
