[ECOS] eCos Flash driver for Fujitsu MBM29DL640E

Hi,
      i m porting eCos on a ARM926ej-s target board, and it has fujitsu
MBM29DL640E flash rom support..i found no driver for this in the ecos
repository.
             has any one written a flash programming tool for the above 
device..or any sample driver which i can modify it to suite my needs...

btw, if my startup code is from the RAM, do i still need flash
programming tool to download the gdb stub image.

plz clear my doubts.
