[ECOS] ECos Configuration Tool / how to invoke the memory layout editor

Hello all,

Sorry, it's my very first time, working with eCos. Therefore, my first
questions will be very stupid!
I read the eCos porting Guide. There is mentioned, that with a memory layout
editor the memory layout can be modified. how i have to invoke this editor?
i cannot find any button or menu entry!
