Have you selected the appropriate value for the "Startup type" 
(CYG_HAL_STARTUP) in your eCos configuration? For example, if you want to 
boot RedBoot from a diskette, you will need to select FLOPPY startup before 
building the source code. redboot.bin should then be generated by default.
