[ECOS] Redboot builds correctly?

Hello from Gregg C Levine
For a change my configuration to build a working redboot image works. But it
only creates the redboot.elf image, rather then a copy of redboot.bin. Can
one of you who have gone down this path, recommend a series of steps that
will create the requisite file? This is for the generic I386pc platform.
