[ECOS] no memory region warning

Never heard of it, although google shows: 
<http://www.falcom.de/e/e-produkte.html> maybe. Talk to your port vendor 
(Falcom?) as they wrote the port - it wasn't done here. It looks like a 
mistake in the port. Perhaps it's for RedBoot only, not eCos? If so it 
wouldn't need to have a working RAM startup, and hence the memory regions 
for RAM startup may be wrong.
