[ECOS] intel J flash problem

hello,
  I'm not too sure about the CYGNUM_FLASH_BASE_MASK parameter in strata
flash support package.
what value should it be, if my flash is 16M in size, and starting at 0x1000
0000? what's the defination of this mask...
starting 0x1000 0000
length 0x0100 0000
ending address 0x01FF FFFF
