[ECOS] basic cuestions

You can buy a ARM (from Samsung, CIRRUS Logic or) or MIPS (mips.com) based 
eval board & ecos supports a lot of those. I am currently working on a port 
for the SMDK2410 board (which has a ARM920T processor at 200MHz & has 2 
UARTS, USB & lot more)
