[ECOS] [eCos] DMA driver for ARM7TDMI

A DMA controller is not a device as such but allows transfer of data between
a device and another device, or a device and memory, without CPU
intervention. They are usually specific to a system and thus device drivers
for devices in such a system have additional support built into them to
allow the use of the DMA controller as well. Therefore, there is no DMA
controller for the ARM7TDMI as such, whereas a chip like, say, the Samsung
S3C4530, which is based on the ARM7TDMI, has a DMA controller which supports
the UART on chip as well.
