[ECOS] VNC server for eCos available

The latest version of a VNC server for eCos has been made
available at:

http://www.sweeneydesign.co.uk/vnc-server.htm

This code should add a virtual display, mouse and keyboard to
any eCos target with an ethernet port.  Also included in the port
are drivers for MicroWindows so any ethernet enabled eCos
target can now use MicroWindows.

Once the code is stable it will be submitted for inclusion in the
main eCos sources.
