[ECOS] LuaThreads ported

Hello,

I've made a patch to Lua 5.0 eCos port. This patch
adds a multi threading library wich enables Lua threads
to run on top of eCos threads and thus enabling Lua
to take advantage of eCos multi threading. Synchronization
primitives mutex and condition are also available.
