[ECOS] Need just a bit of help ..

Thats enough to get you started.

Have you set the environment variable? 

export ECOS_REPOSITORY=/home/chuck/anoncvs/packages

or where ever you repository is? 

With that set, ecosconfig should find the ecos.db.
