[ECOS] HOw to build and run the ecos program onto the Altera Excalibur board? Thanks a lot.

Hi all:
    I would like to build and run the ecos program on the Altera Excalibur
board.  I can build the program, but how can I run it on the board? do I
need to install redboot on the development board? or I can use the existing
debugger(comes with the board) to do the job? Thanks a lot.
