[ECOS] HD file system?

Hi,

As a newbie to eCos I would like to ask...
- whether any file systems for HDDs have been ported to eCos and if yes
which?
- how difficult it would be to port a robust file system, such as a
journaling file system such as ReiserFS, to eCos?
