[ECOS] FLASH ids for AMD29LV320

There is a "#warning *** Untested ***" line for the AM29LV320D FLASH in 
devs/flash/amd/.../flash_am29xxxx_parts.inl line 579.
The right device_id values for AM29LV320DT is 0x22f6 (instead of 0x01f6) 
and for AM29320DB is 0x22f9 (instead of 0x01f9).
