[ECOS] Getting closer ...

After being informed that BA2! is bad sector, I re-loaded 
redboot_FLOPPY.bin on the floppy and then used dd to read it back and 
verify it. After doing that I rebooted and it not only booted redboot but 
it saw the ethernet interface as well. So I at least have a working copy of 
redboot and that was the goal for today. I'll be happier if I can re-create 
it from "scratch" but this is clearly a good step in the right direction!
