[ECOS] cxxsupp test build fail

FYI

when chosing the minimal template the new cxxsupp test fails to build
first because there's no pkginfo/kernel.h and if that's surrounded by
ifdef CYGPKG_KERNEL because there's no malloc and free needed by
libgcc.a
I'm testing with arm-elf-gcc 3.2.2
