[ECOS] configtool build instructions

I cannot access the configuration tool build instructions
located at the eCosCentric web site
(http://www.ecoscentric.com/devzone/configtool.shtml).
My browser (Konqueror 3.1.0 on KDE/Linux) always hangs
when trying to access this page, while MSIE does not have any
difficulties displaying it. I ran the syntax check provided
by w3c (validator.w3.org) and received lots and lots of error
indications. Being completly ignorant of HTML syntax I am
unable to interpret the results, however.
