[ECOS] hello

 Hello,
 
 I want to build the toolchain following the document: building a =
 toolchain  .
 
 When I run the "./configure --target=3D i386-elf --prefix=3D/gnutools -v =
 2>&1 | tee configure.out=20
 
 It displays : cc: not found
 
 That is why?
