[ECOS] about __ECOS

hi,
i study the install/include/*.h,
i find some *.h file use "__ECOS" flag.
but i cant find where "__ECOS" flag is defined.how can i resolve it.
so i have to write myself .h file to define "__ECOS" flag,as following:
#ifndef __ECOS
#define __ECOS
#endif
