[ECOS] Who's maintaining CVS

In doing paperwork and wasting time (and probably some money)
If you know a way I can assign my work to _anyone_ so that it can be used 
in ecos but without practices that IMHO are not conforming to the open source and 'community' 
spirit, I am all for it.
I would gladly contribute everything I do related to ecos and that could be useful to others
but am against papers.I think that by signing them I would endorse a practice I don't agree with.
I am in no position to request ecoscentric or RH to consider changing their policy wrt contributions
but I ( and I am sure that some others on this list ) dislike it. 

Did the OpenBSD and FreeBSD folks sign such assignments with RH?
