[ECOS] How to porting a redboot to other ROM offset?

My board is IQ80321.
I have got a ready redboot right now at the offset=0 of flash.
However, I found the offset=0 of flash(the first block) is so un-stable, but
not all block.
So I want to port the redboot to other offset=0x4000 of flash......

But could anyone tell me where can I get the relative documents or how can I
do?!
