[ECOS] Multicast support for i82559 Driver

Hello,

The change of mode to ETH_DRV_SET_MC_ALL from ETH_DRV_SET_MC_LIST has
not changed the behaviour. No addition to the Rx counters.

I am not able to figure out where else I have missed.

Kindly advice.
